As National Apprenticeship Week 2023 comes to an end, we’re celebrating our apprentices, past and present, and the opportunities that apprenticeships offer to individuals.
The theme for National Apprenticeship Week this year is ‘Skills for Life’. The skills of our apprentices play a vital role in our business success and expansion.
Director, Robert Binns started his career as an apprentice and values the importance of apprenticeships as a career starting point. Providing a perfect blend of academic learning and hands-on industry experience, an apprenticeship gives transferrable workplace skills and experience. He believes that the most successful people never stop learning and constantly develop their knowledge through continuous professional development.
Our current Customer Relations Lead, Tamsin, started as an apprentice 4 years ago and continues to learn and progress within the company, she is overseeing the day to day operations of the business centre.
Grace has recently completed her apprenticeship and has established herself as a key member of the team. During her apprenticeship Grace learned all about the operations of the business and looks after our admin systems, and is also learning about social media and marketing.
Marienna is currently working towards her Business Admin Level 3 and is enjoying contributing to the business development side of things, as well as creating social media content.
And we’d also like to welcome Tayla to team. Tayla has been here only a couple of weeks and is about to start her Business Admin apprenticeship.
