Booking Terms & Conditions
All bookings are provisional until confirmed on receipt of a booking form. In the event of cancellation by the customer, or reduction in the number of delegates, Cotton Court reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. If a booking is cancelled by the customer or there is a reduction in the number of guests, the customer will be liable to pay to the centre the proportionate cancellation charge in respect of each of the guests as per the following guidelines;
For any bookings that have 3 or more consecutive dates the cancellation charges are as follows:
Less than 4 weeks notice – 100% of the total booking excluding refreshments
Less than 8 weeks notice – 50% of the total booking excluding refreshments
Cancellation with more than 8 weeks notice – No charge
For single bookings, the cancellation charges are as follows:
Cancellation with less than 3 weeks notice – 100% of the total booking, excluding refreshments
Cancellation with less than 6 weeks notice – 50% of the total booking
Cancellation with more than 6 weeks notice – No charge
All bookings require a deposit of 50% of the total room hire cost to be confirmed.
We reserve the right to release your booking at any stage whilst this deposit is unpaid. Unless a prior arrangement has been agreed with the management team.
The final balance must be paid no later than one week prior to your arrival.
Cotton Court may have entered into commitments with third parties for special services including but not limited to hire of equipment, outings, entertainment, external accommodation and catering. The customer will be liable for all fees and costs relating to such commitments.
The customer shall not bring food and/or beverages of any kind into the centre unless a prior agreement has been granted.
