Booking Terms & Conditions

All bookings are provisional until confirmed on receipt of a booking form. In the event of cancellation by the customer, or reduction in the number of delegates, Cotton Court reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. If a booking is cancelled by the customer or there is a reduction in the number of guests, the customer will be liable to pay to the centre the proportionate cancellation charge in respect of each of the guests as per the following guidelines;

For any bookings that have 3 or more consecutive dates the cancellation charges are as follows:

Less than 6 weeks notice – 100% of the total booking

Between 6 – 8 weeks notice – 50% of the total booking 

Cancellation with more than 8 weeks notice – No charge

 

For single bookings, the cancellation charges are as follows:

Cancellation with less than 4 weeks notice – 100% of the total booking

Cancellation between 3- 6 weeks notice –  50% of the total booking 

Cancellation with more than 6 weeks notice – No charge

 

We reserve the right to release your booking at any stage whilst the room hire is unpaid. Unless a prior arrangement has been agreed with the management team.
