Travelling to Cotton Court couldn’t be easier. We are tucked away behind all the hustle and bustle of Preston City Centre, right in the heart of the city. We are easily accessible by road, rail, bus, and we are also on some of the City’s best cycle and walking routes.

Getting to Cotton Court Business Centre couldn’t be simpler with free onsite parking available.

Alternatively, you can follow these directions: Follow M6 to Junction 31 (signposted Preston). Follow signs for A59 Preston. Continue up a steep hill (Brockholes Brow). At small roundabout carry straight on towards city centre (New Hall Lane), continue until you reach a T-junction at traffic lights (opposite The Range & Costa) and turn right. Carry straight on through a Pelican crossing and another major set of traffic lights. Get in the left hand lane and turn left on to down Percy Street. Take the first left onto Pole Street and then left onto Church Street. Cotton Court in located on your right hand side (up a cobbled driveway) just past the Blue Bell pub.

Cotton Court is approximately a 15 minute walk from Station. Preston Train Station is easily reached from London (Euston), Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, and Glasgow. All of which run regular and frequent services direct that stop via Preston.

Getting to us: You need to exit the railway station by the main exit. At the end of the station approach road turn right onto Fishergate. Continue along Fishergate until you have passed through the main shopping area. Look out for Manchester Road on your left and then Cotton Court is located on a small side street on your right hand side a little way up Church Street from Manchester Road, shortly after the Blue Bell Pub.

Alternatively a taxi rank is situated outside of the train station.

Cotton Court is a 5 minute walk from Preston Bus Station.

You need to exit the bus station by the Guild Hall exit. This will take you through the Guild Hall foyer and shopping arcade. Once you exit the Guild Hall complex turn left and then continue to the end of the road. Now turn left onto Church Street. Cotton Court is located on a small side street on your right hand side a little way up Church Street, shortly after the Blue Bell pub.
