In your role as Receptionist & Events Assistant, you’ll be an essential member of our team from your first day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting visitors and managing the reception area with professionalism
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Setting up and managing conference and event spaces
- Maintaining up-to-date customer databases and managing daily correspondence
- Assisting in the preparation of meeting documents and proposals
- Managing diary and room bookings
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Handling mail, managing stock, and performing general office duties
Desired Skills:
- Communication Skills: Excellent in all forms, from phone to email
- Computer Literate
- Customer service preferred but not essential
